Il Workshop per l'Estate 2025 è Aperto a Tutti!
Lo stage estivo di Biomeccanica Teatrale di Mejerchol’d (Meyerhold) e Recitazione Creativa dal Testo si svolgerà dal 1 al 7 Settembre nelle fresche e grandi sale del Margot Theatre a Cerveteri. Per quanto riguarda la Biomeccanica Teatrale e Claudio Spadola basta cercare le relative pagine dal menù di questo sito o leggere una sintesi qui sotto.
Per quanto riguarda le possibilità di svago e vacanza, durante le 5 ore di riposo giornaliere e il giorno libero, si può andare a tuffarsi e prendere il sole alla vicinissima Oasi Marina WWF di Torre Flavia, oppure al mare del Castello di S. Severa, oppure fare un magico acqua trekking presso le celebri cascate perenni che si dipanano tra Cerveteri e quelle di Castel Giuliano.
Per questo e anche per la famosa Necropoli Etrusca, Cerveteri è patrimonio dell’UNESCO.
Inoltre si trova a soli 23 minuti di treno da Trastevere, dai musei, le chiese, il foro, le piazze e le altre meraviglie di Roma, anch'esse visitabili nel giorno di riposo.
Si mangerà e si dormirà presso lo storico albergo Cavallino Bianco nell'antico centro del borgo di Cerveteri.

The Workshop for Summer 2025 is Open to All!
Mejerchol'd's (Meyerhold) Summer Workshop of Theatrical Biomechanics and Creative Acting from the Text will take place Sept. 1-7 in the cool, large rooms of the Margot Theatre in Cerveteri. Regarding Theatrical Biomechanics and Claudio Spadola just look for the related pages on this website menù or read a summary below.
As for leisure and vacation possibilities, during the 5 hours of daily rest and day off, one can go diving and sunbathing at the very close WWF Marine Oasis of Torre Flavia, or to the sea at the Castle of S. Severa, or do a magical water trekking at the famous perennial waterfalls that unfold between Cerveteri and those of Castel Giuliano.
For this and also for the famous Etruscan Necropolis, Cerveteri is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
It is also only 23 minutes by train from Trastevere, museums, churches, the forum, piazzas and other wonders of Rome, which can also be visited on the day off.
People will eat and sleep at the historic Cavallino Bianco Hotel in the ancient village center of Cerveteri.

The 30-hour Biomechanics and Acting Summer Workshop with Maestro Claudio Spadola costs only €500 (all included) by 30 June if you send your reservation (with curriculum and photo) by 15 June (scroll below).
COSTI:
PACCHETTO Stage+pranzo: Stage (30 ore in 7 gg.) + 1 Pranzo: 330€ (300€ versando la caparra del 20% entro il 30 Giugno prenotando entro il 15 Giugno) senza cena e alloggio. Prenotandosi si può pranzare e/o cenare in albergo con 15€ a pasto.
PACCHETTO Completo. Stage (30 ore in 7 gg.), Pasti (7 colazioni, 5 pranzi e 6 cene), Alloggio (7 notti): 550€ ma scontato a 500€ se si versa una caparra del 20% entro il 30/6 (prenotandoti entro il 15/6)!
Ogni pacchetto comprende l’uso del teatro nel tempo libero. L'alloggio comprende anche la colazione. Nel giorno di riposo non sono previsti il pranzo e la cena.
E' possibile concordare altri tipi di pasti e pernottamento.

Workshop/Lunch PACKAGE: Workshop (30 hours in 7 days) + 1 Lunch: 330€ (300€ if you pay a deposit of 20% by 30 June, booking by 15 June) without dinner and lodging. (If you book you can have lunch and/or dinner in albergo Cavallino Bianco for 15 € for each meal).
Full PACKAGE. Workshop (30 hours in 7 days): Meals (breakfast for 7 days, lunch for 5 days and dinner for 6 days), accommodation (7 nights in albergo Cavallino Bianco): 530€; 500€ if you pay a deposit (20%) by 30/6 (booking by 15/6).
Every package includes the use of the theatre in your spare time. Accommodation also includes breakfast. In your day off lunch and dinner are not included.
You can make arrangements for other types of meals and overnight stay.

La Biomeccanica Teatrale di Mejerchol’d (Meyerhold) è ormai diventata una materia principale in tutte le più prestigiose Accademie Teatrali di tutto il mondo. Attraverso un divertente training fisico l’allievo attore forma il suo corpo contemporaneamente alla sua mente facendo quindi propri i basilari principi della Recitazione, del teatro e della composizione artistica performativa (Regia, Drammaturgia, Improvvisazione).
Gli esercizi di Biomeccanica Teatrale sono stati tramandati di generazione in generazione dal più grande regista del '900, Mejerchol'd, fino ai maestri russi di ultima generazione (Karpov e Bogdanov) di cui Claudio Spadola è erede diretto per essere stato loro allievo e assistente in Russia come in Italia e da cui ha tratto la sua sintesi frutto di 25 anni di insegnamento e formazione di attori, danzatori, performer di circo etc...
Theatrical Biomechanics by Meyerhold has become one of the main subjects in the most prestigious Theatre Academies in the world. Pupil actors shape their bodies and minds through an entertaining physical training thus absorbing the basic principles of Acting, theatre and performing arts composition (Direction, Drama, Improvisation).
Biomechanics actor training has been handed down from generation to generation by the greatest director of the 1900s, Meyerhold, up until the last generation of Russian masters (Karpov and Bogdanov) whom Claudio Spadola is a direct heir as he was their pupil and assistant both in Russia and in Italy and whose teachings he summarised after his 25 years’ experience as a teacher and trainer of actors, dancers, circus performers and the like.

La biomeccanica ci educa ad essere individui, ovvero esseri non più divisi tra una mente che preconfeziona (perché diffidente di tutto ciò di cui non ha controllo come dell'imprevedibilità insita nell'atto creativo) e un corpo defraudato (tecnicamente anche virtuoso ma comunque schiavo). Ci educa ad avere il sentimento del nostro essere sul palcoscenico, la profonda sensazione di essere parte di un tutto. Ci educa, perciò, a recitare, ovvero ad eseguire un compito in maniera creativa, attraverso la totalizzante esperienza fisica con l'altro. E così si diventa altro, altro dalle nostre abitudini come altro dalla meccanica, il compito, che abbiamo memorizzato. L’esperienza con tutto quello che ci include ed è fuori di noi, il bios, trasforma, infatti, la meccanica in un atto vivente, il quale organicamente induce il sentimento che volevamo esprimere; anzi, l’esperienza stessa con l’altro ne è già l'espressione, oltre ad essere la garanzia della verità di ogni nostra azione.
IL CORPO NON DICE BUGIE, la sapienza fisica acquisita, infatti, oltre a rendere l’agire dell’attore vero perché necessario, induce attraverso ogni atto, postura o gesto anche una reazione emotiva che l’attore fisicamente sapiente è capace di ricreare, dirigere e ampliare partendo proprio dalla memoria del corpo, cioè dalla precisione delle azioni che l’hanno indotta. In poche parole è attraverso il corpo che l'attore biomeccanico arriva alle emozioni ed è in grado di suscitarle di nuovo.

Biomechanics leads us to be individuals, i.e. human beings who are no longer split between their pre-establishing minds (because they are sceptic about anything they cannot master and the unforeseeable events inherent in creative actions) and their impoverished bodies (technically virtuous but in any case in a state of slavery). This system teaches us to have the feeling of our being on stage, the deep sensation of being a part of everything. It teaches us, indeed, to act i.e. complete a task creatively through a comprehensive physical experience with a different person. In this way you become something different, other than our own habits, other than the mechanics, the task we have learnt by heart. The experience and everything that includes us and is outside ourselves, the bios, changes the mechanics into a living action that organically induces the feeling we wanted to express; and the very experience with another person is, indeed, its expression and genuinely shows that our every single action is true.
THE BODY DOES NOT LIE: as a matter of fact, acquired physical knowledge makes an actor’s performance real because it is necessary, it induces an emotional reaction through every action, posture or gesture and a physically learned actor is capable of recreating, directing and widening this reaction starting from the body memory, i.e. the precise actions that have induced it. In other words, a biomechanic actor calls up emotions and is capable of arousing them again through his body.

Week End di Biomeccanica Teatrale
ESTATE 2024:
Lo stage si è svolto dal 23/8 2024 al 1/9/2025 in due accoglienti ville davanti al cristallino mare (bandiera blù) di Agnone (Cilento, SA). In fondo a questa pagina c'è una lista delle più belle spiagge del Cilento. L'organizzazione è curata da Valentina (direttrice del Teatro La Ribalta di Salerno) e Antonio, storici allievi del maestro Claudio Spadola e la cucina prevede abbondanti colazioni, pranzi e cene bagnati dal famoso vino del Cilento. Gli appartamenti sono confortevoli e possono ospitare fino a 4 partecipanti. Le ville della struttura offrono un panorama mozzafiato sul mare. Oltre a godersi la sottostante spiaggia libera, fare bagni e immersioni al mare è anche possibile fare gite in barca, visite guidate, trekking ed escursioni.
Per tutto questo, compreso il workshop estivo di biomeccanica e recitazione di 30h col maestro Claudio Spadola, puoi pagare 500€ (se entro il 15 Giugno si paga una caparra).
Si tenga anche conto che si tratta di una settimana d'agosto in un posto tra i più belli d'Italia, lontano dalla calca estiva, accanto a una spiaggia libera con mare pulitissimo, a cui vengono, per questo, da tutti i continenti e vicino a località di interesse storico, turistico e paesaggistico unici al mondo come il Parco Archeologico di Paestum. Il giardino delle ville in cui si svolge lo stage estivo di biomeccanica di Mejerchol'd è tutto a esclusiva disposizione dei partecipanti.
The last Summer Workshop lessons on Meyerhold’s Biomechanics and on the Creative Acting from the Text are in Italian but can be translated into English. It taked place from August 25th to September 1st 2024 in two magnificent country houses in front of the crystal clear sea (blue flag) of Agnone (Cilento, SA). At the bottom of this page there is a list of the most beautiful beaches in Cilento. The hospitality of the country house is managed by Valentina (director of the Theatre La Ribalta of Salerno) and Antonio, former pupils of maestro Claudio Spadola. Generous meals are prepared with genuine passion paired with exquisite wines from the well-known Cilento's Cantinas. The apartments are comfortable and can accommodate up to 4 participants. Outside is impressive with a breath-taking view over the sea. You will have the opportunity to enjoy the free beach below, sunbathe and go diving or snorkeling or take a boat tripmay and you may also attend a guided tours or go hiking.
It's possible to pay 500€ (if you book by 15 June) for all this, including a 30-hour summer workshop dedicated to Meyerhold’s Biomechanics and acting skills with maestro Claudio Spadola.
You can also enjoy a August week in one of the most beautiful places in Italy, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, next to a free beach with very clean sea, and this is why there are travellers from all over the world. It is also close to places of historical, tourist and landscape interest that are unique in the world such as the Archeological Park of Paestum. The participants in the summer workshop on Meyerhold’s Biomechanics have exclusive use of the country house.
